Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Nurse Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Lebanon OR 97355
Assignment Start Date: 9/26/2024
13 weeks Days 10hour shift 40 hours guaranteed per week
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.The Treatment and Recovery Services provide a continuum of substance use services to adults and their families. Members of the Treatment and Recovery teamwork in a multidisciplinary approach in both residential and outpatient settings providing evidenced traumainformed treatment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience is required.
Licenses Certifications and Registration:
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
- Certified Addiction RN required.
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Days () no weekends
