Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent fulltime Certified Hand Therapist position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Grand Junction CO 81505
Start Date: 9/30/2024
Shift: Fulltime
Salary: $99840.00 to $114816.00/ $48.00 $55.20 per hour depending on education and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation/ assessment establishing and implementing a plan of care assessing the effectiveness of and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement and educating patients/caregivers.
- Produces quality documentation promptly to support the provision of care according to current standards that are based on professional associations and regulatory guidelines.
- Collects and analyzes data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and the benefit of interventions.
- Communicates appropriately and clearly to physicians staff and hospital leadership.
- Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency including budgeting staffing billing/coding and procedural planning tasks.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
Education:
- A bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or a Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current BCLS.
- Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Colorado OR Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
- Current unrestricted certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and recertification every 5 years.
