About the Team: Our team consists of highly skilled industry experts who collaborate seamlessly to enrich the content ecosystem on TikTok. The Content Operations team plays a vital role by closely coordinating with various XFN teams such as content programming marketing PR and other core functions. Together we strive to foster growth within our respective verticals while aligning with other teams to implement a comprehensive longterm strategy that promotes the expansion of this ecosystem.
At the heart of our teams approach is a strong focus on data and insights. We leverage this valuable information to shape both shortterm tactics and longterm business strategies ensuring that we make datadriven decisions. Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key market stakeholders and ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities and drive collaboration understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Collaborate with Regional and Central teams on Named Accounts that sit within the Local market cultivate Clevel market relationships advocating for greater share of content investment and business summary activities.
- Coordinate deals within the country understanding the nuances of working with creators and publishers in the market. Lead the strategic management of locally managed accounts to ensure success and growth on the platform.
- Represent TikTok Content team in the market advocating for TikToks policies and initiatives and raise awareness of TikToks contributions to the local community.
- Drive product adoption: Collaborate with content team partners in the METAPSA region to drive product adoption and increase high quality content supply from key partners and creators work collaboratively to ensure publishers and creators are leveraging platform features to their full potential. Provide careful recommendations for product use to deliver nonmonetary value.
- Gather feedback from local creators and publishers identifying opportunities and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Drive local initiatives for the market ensuring alignment with Central and Regional strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for quarterly business reviews ensuring alignment with crossfunctional partners on Government Relationships Monetization and Trust and Safety priorities in the region as the content liaison.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator/publisher ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in the public sector international organizations or multinational corporations within a multistakeholder setting.
- Language proficiency: Business proficiency in writing reading and speaking in English & Arabic is desired based on regional requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans that support business objectives.
- Strong aptitude for crossfunctional collaboration with a proven ability to foster consensus and cultivate relationships within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
