Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences revenue generation ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the performance of datadriven initiatives.
- Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources to build and maintain accessible data pipelines.
- Create and present datadriven insights to support decisionmaking at various organizational levels.
- Stay current with industry trends techniques and best practices and share knowledge across the organization.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in the required specialty from an accredited university.
- 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience working with SQL databases and programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
