Job Description
Title: Team Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java/Data)
Location: Bentonville local or relo
Glider/IKM/Modern Hire: Java Assesment
Required Skills:
1) Great communication need to have been in a lead role and be able to help train junior associates as well as communicate clearly w/ Sr. Leadership.
Team Lead: Will be more Junior members on team that will be addedcode review
2) Full Stack (Backend and Data) capabilities and STRONG on Backend
Strong Backend skills Must haves:
1) Java
2) Kafka
3) Cloud Computing Google/Azure
4) Data RDMS (SQL etc)
5) Bigquery
6) Hadoop
7) Needs to be able to be hands on for UI (not too much but need to be able to plug in and help jr resources) > React & node
