Job Overview/Summary:
We are looking for a CRM/Power Platform Developer with strong analytical skills and a businessoriented mindset. The ideal candidate will provide Dynamics CRM/365 solutions integrate external systems and implement solutions to address organizational requirements. This role will require collaboration with program staff and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups
• Create functional requirement and design documentation for customizations
• Implement set up and configure Dynamics 365 and associated apps
• Develop Custom Workflow Activities Plugins (C#) Power Automate JavaScript HTML PowerApps Portals Canvas Apps and other Power Platform components
• Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 and implement custom solutions
• Collaborate with delivery architects technical leads and developers to ensure access security and code standards are met
• Conduct code reviews to align solutions with Microsoft best practices
• Advise on complex business cases and recommend comprehensive solutions using 3rd party applications and Dynamics 365 customizations
• Maintain technical documentation for client Dynamics 365 environments
• Estimate the level of effort for implementation tasks accurately

Primary Skills:

• Proficient in Azure AD Azure App Services API development Portals Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses
• Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity Plugin (C#) Power Automate JavaScript HTML PowerApps Portals Canvas Apps and Power Platform development
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
• Strong skills in creating wireframes functional requirements and design for customizations
• Ability to estimate and document implementation tasks

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with 3rd party applications to extend Dynamics 365
• Experience working with Delivery Architects and Technical Leads for code reviews and architecture alignment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Strong development skills in Azure C# Power Automate JavaScript and HTML
• Ability to work both independently and within a team of consultants to deliver solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
