Description:
As an Outbound Call Representative you will be responsible for:
Support product recalls by:
o Contacting customer through multiple means of communication including a minimum of 10 calls per hour using an online phone system
o Ensuring 100% customer response
o Monitoring and maintaining effective documentation of recall receipts
Collecting and documenting customer emails for future contact
Following good documentation practices to record all interactions with customers
Being a team player within a support team and sharing your knowledge and experience with your other team members

Have prior customer service experience
Required skills to have for the success of this role
A positive professionally and high energy approach to customer interactions
The ability to track customer responses and organize to meet predetermined targets
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Office and Word
The ability to follow processes and written phone scripts
No travel is required
