Sr. Cloud Engineer with ETL Experience

Duties
- The Expert Cloud Engineer will support migration and development of all aspects of the system to cloud based technologies.
- The Expert Cloud Engineer will design and support the cloud architecture and technologies to host and support various data engineering components in the chosen cloud platform.
- The Cloud Engineer will develop infrastructure scalability designs to aid in the ever increasing volume of data.
- The Cloud Engineer will ensure that systems have a higher availability and capacity for access to meet project needs as well as maintain the cloud footprint.
- Duties will involve one or more chosen cloud platforms and the Cloud Engineer must maintain a full comprehension of the cloud storage and database.
- The Cloud Engineer will support and maintain the bridge between hybrid cloud infrastructures until project is fully migrated to the cloud.
- The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for a full understanding of cloud security and networking concepts for application in daily duties.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (12 Years)
- Applies engineering disciplines to cloud computing and brings a systematic approach to concerns of commercialization standardization and governance of cloud computing applications. Leverages the methods and tools of engineering in conceiving developing operating and maintaining cloud computing systems and solutions. Uses the economics of cloud resources to solve business problems.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite
- 84 months experience development in medium to largescale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented
- 84 months of extensive experience in designing/architecting implementing testing and deployment of data processing pipelines on cloud platforms
- 78 months expert level knowledge designing/building ETL processes
- 60 months of solid experience with relational and NoSQL database platforms
- 60 months of experience in setting up cloud infrastructure
- This position requires at least a bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
