- Lead the development and of the factorys digitalization strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and data analytics to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing workflows.
- Manage data governance and ensure data quality across all digital initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Engineering Data Science or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in data engineering analytics and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of data management machine learning and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with industrial IoT cloud computing and digital tools relevant to manufacturing.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
