As a Patient Care Executive at Marham you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to patients and ensuring a smooth healthcare experience. This role involves managing patient inquiries assisting with appointment scheduling and providing necessary information regarding medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient queries via phone email or online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their healthcare needs.
- Coordinate with doctors clinics and hospitals to facilitate a seamless healthcare experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle any administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Provide relevant information regarding healthcare services treatments and specialist doctors.
- Ensure a positive and helpful interaction with all patients.
