Bilingual Administrative Assistant Remote
Our client operating in the insurance sector is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role will primarily support Disability Case Managers Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors and the Calculation Analyst Team. The selected candidate will assist with various administrative tasks liaise with plan members schools colleges and other stakeholders and handle both phone and email communication. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates located in Atlantic Canada.

12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AST.

Responsibilities:
Provide frontline customer service through phone and email communication.
Manage administrative tasks including followups with claimants for outstanding information.
Assist the Calculation Analyst Team and support plan members in their queries and processes.
Perform other duties as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education preferred
2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and webbased applications
Strong customer service experience in a demanding environment
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology is an asset
Familiarity with Canadian Armed Forces terminology processes and concepts is an asset
