Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Analytics. This role is integral to our financial team responsible for analyzing complex financial data providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills advanced proficiency in financial modeling and a deep understanding of financial analytics tools and methodologies.

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

   • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends variances and opportunities.

   • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business decisions.

   • Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations.

2. Data Analytics and Modeling:

   • Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to interpret complex financial data.

   • Create and refine financial models to evaluate the impact of business strategies and decisions.

   • Employ data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to nonfinancial stakeholders.

3. Strategic Support:

   • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions product launches and market expansion.

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess financial implications of business strategies and projects.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Assist in the development of annual budgets and longterm financial plans.

   • Monitor and analyze budget performance identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

5. Process Improvement:

   • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.

   • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in financial analytics.

6. Risk Management:

   • Analyze financial risks and opportunities providing insights to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

   • Support the development of risk management strategies and frameworks.

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is preferred.

2. Experience:

   • 6 to 9 years of experience in financial analysis with a strong focus on financial analytics and modeling.

   • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on complex financial data.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel SQL and other financial software tools.

   • Experience with financial analytics platforms and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

4. Analytical Skills:

   • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make datadriven decisions.

   • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

5. Communication Skills:

   • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
