We are seeking a detailoriented Associate HR Analyst to support our HR team in optimizing workforce processes analyzing HR metrics and contributing to the overall efficiency of human resources operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain exposure to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist in data collection and analysis to inform HR decisionmaking.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Collaborate with HR team members on employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and research to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update HR records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR or analytics is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Salary: $50000 $65000 per year commensurate with experience.
