We are seeking an HR Dashboard Specialist to oversee and optimize our HR data dashboards. The role requires expertise in data analytics reporting and HR metrics to deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with HR and leadership to ensure data accuracy streamline processes and support decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Design maintain and update HR dashboards for realtime data visualization.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR IT and leadership to define key metrics and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
- Provide regular reports on employee performance retention recruitment and other HR metrics.
- Support HR teams in interpreting data and developing strategies based on insights.
- Train HR staff on the use of dashboards and data tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Data Analytics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR analytics or dashboard management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or Excel).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and data management.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary: $60000 $75000 annually (based on experience)
