Job Title: HR Data Scientist Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Data Scientist to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights to enhance our HR processes. You will leverage data analytics to inform talent acquisition employee retention and workforce optimization strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of HR data to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Develop predictive models to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design datadriven strategies.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports for key metrics.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Human Resources Statistics or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling preferably in HR.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and programming languages (e.g. Python R).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to nontechnical audiences.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics frameworks.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $80000 $120000 per year commensurate with experience.
