Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented HR Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and HR best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights for management.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility.
- Support the implementation of HR software and technology solutions.
- Provide datadriven recommendations for talent acquisition retention and development.
- Assist in compliance reporting and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL HRIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70000 $90000 per year commensurate with experience.
- Benefits include health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
