As a Due Diligence Specialist you will manage highrisk Business Partner cases conducting detailed investigations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with multiple teams youll play a crucial role in mitigating risks and enhancing internal procedures through thorough analysis and reporting.
What you will do:
- Review and process escalated Due Diligence cases.
- Conduct indepth investigations into complex Business Partner profiles.
- Perform risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with ABC/AML/KYC and ESG regulations.
- Document findings and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalated cases and share best practices.
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in Business Administration Law or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in compliance due diligence or KYC roles.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills for complex cases.
- Fluent in English; German or other European languages is a plus.
- Proficient with compliancerelated tools and MS Office.
