Job Description

Workload: 100%

As a Due Diligence Specialist you will manage highrisk Business Partner cases conducting detailed investigations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with multiple teams youll play a crucial role in mitigating risks and enhancing internal procedures through thorough analysis and reporting.

What you will do:

  • Review and process escalated Due Diligence cases.
  • Conduct indepth investigations into complex Business Partner profiles.
  • Perform risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with ABC/AML/KYC and ESG regulations.
  • Document findings and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalated cases and share best practices.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Degree in Business Administration Law or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in compliance due diligence or KYC roles.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills for complex cases.
  • Fluent in English; German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Proficient with compliancerelated tools and MS Office.

Youll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working closely with Procurement Business Support and Ethics & Compliance. The team values integrity transparency and ongoing learning to ensure regulatory excellence across the business.
