Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Travel LPN
Location: Siler City NC 27344
Payrate: $30hourly
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 36
Shift:7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Administer medications monitor patient conditions perform wound care and assist with daily living activities.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care including medication administration vital signs and other pertinent health information.
- Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions treatment plans and lifestyle changes to support recovery and wellness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different healthcare settings and effectively follow the protocols and procedures unique to each facility.
- Compliance: Ensure that all nursing activities are in compliance with Pennsylvanias Nurse Practice Act facility policies and professional standards.
- Emergency Response: Act promptly and efficiently in emergency situations using clinical judgment to provide immediate care.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- License: Current and active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of LPN experience is required; experience in travel nursing or multiple healthcare settings is preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills attention to detail excellent communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
