NATT Tools Group Hand Tools division has more than 150MM$ turnover with an ambitious plan to increase sales and performance in the coming years. Hand Tools sales in more than 80 countries most of it in the Americas and it has facilities in Spain Mxico and Colombia and an overseas purchase office in China. It has around 900 employees.

As financial Manager you will be responsible to encourage financial performance through in NATT Tools Hand Tools division interacting with the Hand Tools President the Hand Tools management teams and the VNPI Corporate Finance management team.

You are a hard working analytic and rigorous professional eager to work with others good at challenging the status quo and driving the performance of the company through business performance analysis and interaction with Hand Tools teams.

Your areas of responsibility will be the following ones:

• Hand Tools President support by developing the management tools and information required proactively finding improvement opportunities.
• Hand Tools Scoreboard and all Business Intelligence tools definition and follow up.
• Standardization of all finance and management information in all Hand Tools BU Responsible to assure the quality and effectiveness of the management information: executive information for decision making analytic information to understand deviations and operative information to facilitate every days management through all the organization.
• Scoreboard investments BU global profitability analysis best practices detection and improvement action plans follow up; Margin and cost detailed analysis at Product families and SKU levels.
• Interaction with Hand Tools Marketing and Supply Chain/Manufacturing VP through the same principles of analysis to stimulate performance in their specific management areas.
• In cooperation with Hand Tools President and Corporate Finance Management Team Hand Tools Management Plans and Five Years Strategic Plan construction and follow up.
• Coordination between Hand tools and IT Corporate services for all specific needs.
• Participation in the Hand Tools reporting meetings and Hand Tools Executive Committee for his specific area of responsibility.
• Direct report to the Hand tools President and functional report to the NATT CFO.

In order to succeed you will need to be:

• Analytic organized proactive dynamic and determined
• Eager to detect improvement opportunities through analysis and business understanding
• With a strong collaborative leadership style able to make thinks evolve with teams from different locations cultures and experiences
• Located with Bellota Hand Tools President in Legazpi willing to travel to other Hand Tools Business Unit.

You will fit in this position if you have the following experience knowledge and competence include:

• 35 years of experience in management control in an industrial company with international activity.
• Ideally a corporate position managing different companies or Business Units.
• A Business Administration or Economic University title MBA appreciated
• Bilingual Spanish / English
