Job Description
We seek a Public Fundings Project Manager to join our clients team. In this role you will manage ongoing funded projects identify new funding opportunities and support the organizations growth globally. You will work within the Global Product Organization / Systems Products Vehicle Architecture Group/Safety Architecture Regulation & Standards Public Fundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage funded projects ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
- Scout for new funding opportunities across different regions.
- Establish and monitor the funding portfolio.
- Support global funding programs and projects.
Duties:
- Organize and track project meetings deliverables and milestones.
- Prepare cost claims and collect auditproof documentation.
- Maintain and enhance the funding portfolio.
- Identify new funding opportunities and engage with key stakeholders (universities partners agencies).
- Support and coordinate funding application processes.
Requirements:
- Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (for EU discussions).
- Experience in project management and leading crossfunctional teams.
Nice to have:
- Fluency in German.
- Experience in managing funding portfolios.
- Experience working with universities funding agencies or government bodies.
