Paid Ads Specialist

Our portfolio of brands brings an assortment of unique and innovative products and are available on marketplaces in the USA and Europe. Our product range is divided into three main categories (Pet & Animal Lifestyle & Personal Care Home & Garden) delivering solutions for those who need them. Were on a mission to launch a multibrand Shopify ecommerce store and establish Go North as a trusted marketplace. We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads/Search Specialist to join our team and lead the strategy for paid ad campaigns across Google Meta YouTube and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) YouTube and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.

• Optimize campaigns to increase traffic to Amazon Listings and Go Norths ecommerce platform.

• Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to refine targeting and improve ad performance.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging are aligned with overall campaign goals.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data making realtime adjustments to maximize ROI.

• Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance highlighting key trends and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay uptodate on industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven experience in managing paid ads across Google and Meta.

• Ability to develop and execute performancedriven ad strategies.

• Expertise in audience targeting bid management and campaign optimization.

• Competence in analytics platforms (Google Analytics Meta Analytics etc.) to assess performance and ROI.

• Strong communication skills in the English language with the ability to present strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.

• Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced remote environment.

• Previous experience working with Shopify.

Bonus Points:

• Understanding or experience with running paid/search ads to drive conversions on Amazon.

• Experience with other advertising platforms or tools such as Snapchat X (Twitter) Pinterest and Reddit.
