Job Description
Role: Data Scientist
POP: 12 Months
Location: Remote
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years of experience in a data science role
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
- Experience with Amazon RedShift for data warehousing and analysis
- Familiarity with Gitlab for version control and project management
- Experience with MHS (Military Health Services) legacy data
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Glue
TASKS:
- Analyze complex data sets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and RedShift
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and solve business problems using datadriven approaches
- Create and maintain data models to support business decisionmaking
- Utilize Gitlab for version control and collaborative development
