Job Description
Job Title: Machine Shop Components Manufacturing
Department: Manufacturing
Work Location: White Hall AR
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: NonExempt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic machine shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail technical expertise and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment (lathes mills grinders etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and specifications.
- Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers etc.).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
- Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a machine shop setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity.

- Competitive pay starts at $18 per hour (Subject to increase depending on experience).

Shift Schedule:
We are hiring for:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday from 5:00 am – 3:30 pm.
- This position may require extended daily and overtime hours to ensure customer needs are met.
- Overtime is based on business needs.
