Job Purpose: Develop and deliver training leading largescale transformational change initiatives including (but not limited to) efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; people role and process changes; digital transformations and culture change.
Position Summary: This role will work with internal and external partners in the development and utilization of standard industryproven tools and processes to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and ensure successful change adoption on identified initiatives. The role will work within a matrix organization with other business partners including HR executive leaders and client partner teams to positively affect business performance by accelerating change initiatives. Specifically this role is responsible for working with the change management team to: Help create and execute change programs through communication training and process mapping that will equip leaders and the overall organization to manage current and future challenges. Enable a nimble organization that can adapt and innovate based on shifts in the market. Cocreate a robust and comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external communications; developing and delivering communications through multiple channels; ensuring messages are being delivered to the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format. Leverage the PROSCI change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on and impact for the peopleside change driven by a transformation initiative. Develop a change management approach based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted. Identify potential peopleside risks points of resistance performance gaps and develop specific corrective action plans to mitigate the risks. Conduct business readiness assessments evaluate results and develop plans to ensure business is prepared for upcoming changes. Deploy (with the rest of the change management team) a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plans sponsor roadmaps coaching plans training plans and resistance management plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deploy and deliver effective measured and continuously improved change management best practices for the success of enterprise and other largescale transformational initiatives. Deploy the standard change management and organizational principles to ensure a common language and approach to change management including how to integrate people processes organization design and mindsets because of change initiatives. Apply a Structured Methodology: Leverage Proscis change management methodology process and tools to create a strategy that supports the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives. Risk Management Conduct root cause analysis and utilize change tools to assess align work and evaluate impacts of key initiatives. Partner with leaders to ensure an understanding of the current culture and jointly develop readiness assessments and change adoption plans that enable the successful transition to desired future state; may facilitate leadership team interventions. Coach executives and members of leadership teams to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor. Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their direct reports through transitions. Take a datadriven change approach to measure the outcomes of activities to ensure they are aligned and are delivering value to the intended initiative outcomes. Communication Support: Enable the design development delivery and management of key communications related to change initiatives. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Training Efforts: Provide input document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders executives people managers and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Education Bachelors degree advanced degree preferred. 10 years working with Prosci Change management methodologies (must be current with Certification)
Technical Skills and Knowledge (Must Haves) 1015 years Proven background as a handson OCM Practitioner leading Communications and Training effort. 1015 years experience supporting SaaS or business applications transformational projects. Prosci ADKAR Model Experience: Solid understanding of how people go through change and familiarity with Proscis change management principles. Advanced skills in SharePoint JIRA Azure DevOps and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile scrum Waterfall. Created project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management. Experience building partnerships consulting influencing and negotiating with business executives leadership human resources partners and peers to gain commitment and accomplish business goals. Strong project management and problemsolving skills Ability to effectively assess and analyze stakeholder partner or client needs while consulting building solutions and developing processes. Ability to execute and make timely and independent judgment decisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced resultsdriven environment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important. Ability to understand and analyze complex data and the ability to translate information to socialize change impact with change interventions required. Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical Skills and Knowledge (Nice to Have) 35 years Working experience as Scrum Master 35 years Knowledge in SaaS platforms like Dynamics 365 ServiceNow SAP and/or SFDC and its impact on organizational processes Impact and influence in high pressure you must be able to listen to different perspectives evaluate persuade and carefully shape teams work to deliver truly impactful results.
