Job Title: Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation Attorney
Location: Santa Ana CA
Job Type: Fulltime

With a solid background in complex litigation the firm boasts one of the highest jury verdicts and has achieved significant settlements in the areas of personal injury insurance bad faith and employment law.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a skilled attorney specializing in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing policyholders and will play a key role in the firms commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all aspects of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases.
  • Conduct depositions court appearances and trial preparation
  • Develop legal strategies and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters.
  • Maintain and manage case files ensuring timely progress and compliance with legal procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar
  • Proven experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
  • Strong advocacy skills and trial experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
