ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a skilled attorney specializing in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing policyholders and will play a key role in the firms commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases.
- Conduct depositions court appearances and trial preparation
- Develop legal strategies and provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters.
- Maintain and manage case files ensuring timely progress and compliance with legal procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
- Proven experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
- Strong advocacy skills and trial experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
