Job Description
Beauty Therapist V&A Waterfront Cape Town Area fully qualified 2/3 years study Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Health & Skincare and ITEC/CIDESCO or SAAHSP. Have 3/4 years skilled salon/spa working experience performing Salon/Spa Beauty Therapy Treatments. Must be driven with high standards in client customer service retail sales. Motivated with a passion performing Facials Threading Eyelash Extensions Massages Waxing (All) Mancures Pedicures Gelish Gel. Work Hospitality Hours
Tasks
Key Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills. Friendly diplomatic and personable.
Excellent skills in beauty treatments including eyelash extensions
Must be selfmotivated enthusiastic and passionate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management and attention to detail
Good administrative organisational and followup skills

Computer literacy and telephone skills MS Office & ESP
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Health & Skincare Diploma and ITEC/CIDESCO or SAAHSP
2/3 years work and skilled experience
Knowledge and understanding of customer service principals and practices
Knowledge of salon booking systems
Client care is of utmost importance and following general duties will be required:
Keeping the salon/spa neat and clean.
Welcoming/greeting clients professionally.
Processing payments.
Answering phones and making bookings.
