As a (Junior) Sales Manager (d/w/m) you will play a key role in our legendary sales team and help make plancraft the number 1 SaaS solution for contractors!
YOUR MISSION WITH US
360 deployment: As an important member of our sales team you will take care of a large part of the sales cycle essentially:
- Inbound Sales: You process incoming leads give product presentations and understand what our new customers really need
- Driving digitalization: You ensure that plancraft becomes the leading trade software in Europe and is the standard in every business
- KPI watch: In sales we are naturally driven by our KPIs and you will also keep a constant eye on them and thus contribute to plancrafts steady growthSalary: The salary for this position is betweengross per year depending on your previous experience. You will also receive an uncapped commission.
Your profile
- Degree in business administration commercial training or comparable and initial experience in sales or startup environment
- You are really keen to accompany the trade into the digital age with the help of plancraft
- You enjoy sales and the daily contact with different people makes you happy
- You believe that sales are not just based on numbers but on real relationships
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
- Entrepreneurial independent thinking and acting and strong communication skills
- The ability to work in a team is your middle name
- Experience in working with web applications #Cloud especially CRM systems (Salesforce Hubspot etc.) and project management (Asana Jira Zendesk ...)
