Tasks

Your role:

• Personnel responsibility: You take over the team leadership for our product team.
• Project management and deadline coordination: You keep track of all projects and tasks of the product team and coordinate them with the overarching goals of the company.
• Strategy development and vision: Together with your team you will develop and lead the strategy and vision for our products and collections in line with Feelgrounds mission values and brand.
• Process development and optimization: You support your team by creating structures and a working environment that enables efficient work. You ensure the flow of communication within your team between management and the team and between the team leads.
• Communication: You act as a link between your team (Design & Product Line Management) and the prototyping model shop in Asia. You are responsible for development adherence to schedules and driving continuous improvement.
• Continuous development of a holistic collection: Together with your team you will ensure the optimal placement of the products.
• Sourcing and testing new products: From laces to care products you take care of communication with suppliers from initial contact to repeat orders.
• Material research and Quality assurance: You will drive the search for new materials and ensure that our products always meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• High reliability and selfmanagement: You deliver highquality work reliably and on time and can organize your tasks independently and efficiently.
• Leadership experience: You know how to motivate a team and lead them to peak performance.
• Time management and meeting deadlines: You have the ability to manage time effectively prioritize and deliver on time.
• English & German skills (written and spoken): You communicate confidently and effectively in an international environment.
• Experience in the fashion industry ideally in the footwear sector: You know the special features and requirements of the footwear industry.
• Clear and structured communication skills: You can prepare complex issues in an understandable and targeted manner and convey content empathically to different recipients.
• Negotiation skills: You are adept at negotiating and can reach clear advantageous agreements.
• Sound knowledge in the design and manufacture of shoes: You are familiar with the technical details and processes of shoe production and various materials.
• Experience in innovation management: You drive the development of new ideas and processes.
• Strategic and visionary leadership: You have strong strategic agility can develop a clear product vision and inspire your team to put it into action. You understand how to align shortterm goals with longterm strategies and effectively utilize global business dynamics.
• Bonus: You understand and speak Mandarin.
