We are seeking a Technical Recruiter intern to assist us in finding and hiring skilled candidates for our clients technical roles. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to understand their hiring needs and help attract top talent.

Responsibilities
Create Job Descriptions: Write clear and engaging job descriptions for technical positions.
Source Candidates: Use online platforms and social media to identify potential candidates.
Screen Resumes: Review resumes to find candidates with the right skills and experience.
Conduct Interviews: Perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability for the role.
Network: Attend tech events and meetups to connect with potential candidates and promote our company.
Stay Updated: Keep informed about the latest trends in technology and recruitment to enhance our hiring process.
Required Skills
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of various technical roles and skills.
Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruiting especially for technical roles is a plus.
Sourcing Skills: Ability to find candidates using various methods including social media and job boards.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and negotiate offers with candidates.
Analytical Skills: Skill in assessing candidates qualifications through interviews and evaluations.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain detailed records.
Education: A bachelor s degree in any field preferably in IT or a related area.
