Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge and ability to follow and adhere to Quality processes.
- Advance Assembly knowledge and problemsolving skills related to all AMAT products.
- Advanced knowledge and ability to read drawings wire lists and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Advanced ability to install prelabeled harnesses using Work Instructions
- Must be able to perform a basic visual inspection verify proper torque (when needed) and apply proper torque marks (when needed)
- Must be proficient at filling out Quality Checklists and the Inspection Data Base
- Ability to respond to Production Line calls for Quality concerns or needs.
- Identify deficiencies record them properly and request Rework as needed.
- Follow up with the appropriate channels when concerns are identified.
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak read write) Spanish/English a plus.
Strong and positive AMAT Flex and Flow building experience
Effective communication active listening interpersonal and writing skills.
Problem Solving with analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Good understanding of or ability to learn Teams Excel Outlook
Detailoriented and solutionfocused
Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and calls.
Follow 6S practices daily.
