Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support to Spanishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further assistance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Document and track customer interactions through internal systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or higher).
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
