Job Description

Job Title: SpanishSpeaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Job Type: Fulltime Onsite

About Us:
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service for a variety of industries across Europe. We are looking for a motivated and customeroriented Spanishspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our client s team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide highquality customer support to Spanishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Document and track customer interactions through internal systems.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or higher).
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
