Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Track the workrelated actions of employees such as recording their signin and signout times and maintaining their timesheets.
- Oversee the performance management process including conducting performance evaluations and managing employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Manage employee benefits and perks including retirement plans and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in human resources management preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems software and Microsoft Office Suite.
