Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Track the workrelated actions of employees such as recording their signin and signout times and maintaining their timesheets.
  • Oversee the performance management process including conducting performance evaluations and managing employee development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Manage employee benefits and perks including retirement plans and paid time off.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in human resources management preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems software and Microsoft Office Suite.
