Overview
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by assisting with recruiting onboarding employee relations and HR administration. This position is essential for maintaining a positive work environment ensuring legal compliance and supporting the overall HR strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation including paperwork and introductions.
- Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for HRrelated queries.
- Support performance management processes including tracking performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Assist in the administration of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee documentation and HR records ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings investigations and conflict resolution.
- Help in organizing training and development initiatives for employees.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
- Generate HR reports and analyze HR data to support decisionmaking.
- Contribute to HR projects including engagement initiatives and culturebuilding activities.
- Act as a positive and approachable representative of the HR department.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR principles practices and procedures.
- Prior experience (13 years) in an HR assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Detailoriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
