Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for MES solutions
- Design develop and implement MES solutions using AspenTech software
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support system testing validation and troubleshooting activities
- Participate in system integration and data migration efforts
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for MES solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system enhancements
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MES technologies
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user manuals
- Assist in project planning estimation and risk management
- Participate in vendor and customer interactions as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in MES solution development using AspenTech software
- Proficiency in industrial automation and control systems
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Experience in software development and integration
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for manufacturing systems
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Certifications in MES or AspenTech solutions is a plus
