Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Effective English Language Training:
• Conduct interactive and engaging spoken English classes that focus on pronunciation grammar vocabulary fluency and comprehension.
• Tailor lessons to meet the needs of individuals or groups with varying English proficiency levels.
• Plan and Develop Curriculum:
• Create and implement lesson plans activities and assessments based on the learning objectives.
• Utilize multimedia tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess Student Progress:
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Identify areas for improvement and customize instruction to support language development.
• Encourage Confidence Building:
• Focus on helping students overcome language barriers and develop confidence in speaking English in both personal and professional settings.
• Maintain a Positive Learning Environment:
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Address individual student needs and ensure active participation.
• Communication Skills Enhancement:
• Teach techniques to improve listening speaking reading and writing skills.
• Train students in conversational English business communication interview preparation and public speaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in English Education or related field.
• Certified in English language teaching (CELTA/TEFL/TESOL preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching spoken English or communication skills.
• Strong understanding of English grammar vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use technology and digital platforms to enhance learning (online training experience is a plus).
• Patience empathy and enthusiasm for teaching diverse learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching English to nonnative speakers.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools like Zoom Google Classroom etc.
• Knowledge of soft skills training.
• Ability to design and modify teaching materials as per student requirements.
