Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in leading the visual identity and design direction of the organization. They are responsible for conceptualizing and creating highquality visual assets that effectively communicate the brands message across various mediums. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in design across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design team and provide creative direction mentorship and feedback to junior designers to maintain high design standards and foster professional growth.
- Visual Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand ensuring consistency in design elements typography colors and imagery across all marketing materials and channels.
- Conceptualization and : Conceptualize and create compelling designs for a wide range of projects including digital and print collateral branding materials advertisements packaging and website assets.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing product and other teams to understand project objectives and develop creative strategies that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
- Design Production: Produce highquality pixelperfect designs while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Art Direction: Provide art direction for photoshoots illustrations and other visual assets ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in graphic design and integrate innovative design techniques into projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent typography layout and composition skills.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across various mediums.
- Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion including collaborating with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
