Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with the brand s identity and objectives. You will work on a variety of projects including image editing marketplace creatives social media content website graphics and print materials supporting both B2C and B2B initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Branding:
a. Create onbrand graphics visuals and illustrations for various mediums including digital and print.
b. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements for campaigns product launches and promotional materials.
c. Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content.
2. Digital Media:
a. Design social media graphics ads and content for platforms like Instagram Facebook Pinterest and others.
b. Develop banner ads email templates and visuals for the D2C website and online retail partners.
3. Marketplace Creatives:
a. Create product images banners and promotional graphics for online marketplaces like Amazon Myntra and others.
b. Ensure all marketplace creatives are optimized for product visibility and meet platform specifications.
4. Image Editing:
a. Edit and enhance product images for use on the website online marketplaces and catalogues.
b. Ensure all images are high quality and align with the brand s visual standards.
5. Print & Offline Collaterals:
a. Design lookbooks brochures product packaging and offline store visuals.
b. Assist with visual merchandising and POS material creation.
6. Collaboration & Support:
a. Work with the cataloguing and uploading teams to ensure proper visual representation of products on the website and ecommerce platforms.
b. Coordinate with other departments (sales PR and influencers) to meet design needs.
7. Innovation & Creativity:
a. Bring fresh innovative ideas to the table and experiment with different design styles to enhance the visual appeal.
b. Keep updated with design trends to ensure contemporary and engaging output.
8. Technical Skills & Tools:
a. Use graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma or other relevant tools.
b. Ensure all graphics are optimized for web mobile and marketplace use.

a. Ensure highquality visually appealing designs that align with the brand s style guide.

a. Meet deadlines consistently handling multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

a. Ensure no errors in print or digital materials maintaining high standards in proofing and final outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in graphic design Fine Arts or a related field.
2 years of experience in a graphic design role preferably in fashion or retail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility.
Excellent attention to detail creativity and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in designing for fashion apparel or retail brands.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms image editing and marketplace requirements.
