Job Description

As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the brands identity positioning it in the market and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Your work will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams managing campaigns and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and support business growth.
Conduct market research to understand consumer insights competitive landscape and emerging trends.
Define the brand s value proposition tone of voice and positioning in the market.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Oversee the development and of brand campaigns including digital print and instore activations.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand s identity.
Monitor brand performance metrics and optimise strategies based on datadriven insights.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align brand initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Develop partnerships with external agencies media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Lead the planning and of product launches events and promotional activities.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales product and customer service teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Innovation and Growth:
Identify new opportunities for brand growth including potential partnerships and market expansion.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 college (IIMs XLRI ISB FMS etc.).
45 years of experience in brand management preferably in the travel hospitality or luxury sectors.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and driving brand growth.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
Proficiency in digital marketing and experience working with crossfunctional teams.
