- Functional expertise in manufacturing and knowledge of MES systems
- Managing smart manufacturing / digital transformation projects as project manager
- Experience as delivery lead managing multiple digital transformation projects preferably in a multivendor environment
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple digital transformation projects as a Delivery Lead at Client’s organization taking care of project delivery through multiple vendor partners ensuring adherence to defined methodology and governance
- Managing smart manufacturing / digital transformation projects as project manager right from initiation till closure including finance planning resource management and successful delivery within the agreed time cost and quality
- Lead and manage strategic advisory engagements providing clients with actionable insights and tailored solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Oversee endtoend product management from ideation to deployment aligning product vision with business goals
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business requirements create detailed user stories and prioritize product backlog
- Conduct research and data analysis pertaining to current processes and provided recommendations based on datadriven insights to optimize performance and growth
- Work closely with cross functional teams for successful project
- Interact & work with senior customer leaders to build the Practice & win Consulting engagements
- Generate proactive proposals to address client issues & present to the clients guide teams on proposal & presentation creation and positioning.
- Understand practice operations in terms of revenue profitability and work towards achievement of goals; maintain profitability targets for the Consulting assignments
Necessary skills for this role :
- Extensive experience in manufacturing segment preferably in a Consulting capacity
- Experience in enterprise applications like ERP MES and other shopfloor applications along with capability of understanding various integrations in across the enterprise architecture
- Experience in Budget planning resource management and stakeholder management
- Established track record of delivering consulting engagements
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in agile methodology as a product manager
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
