Qualifications
- 15 Years of experience working as a solution architect in the data space
- 10 Years of experience in Financial Services
- Experience partnering with CDO/CDAO in helping shape their data strategy
- Experience building business case for Cloud migration/modernization
- Must have presented at industry conferences and or published whitepapers
- Expertise in defining architecting and delivering data and analytics solutions on AWS GCP or Azure cloud as well as experience with Snowflake or Databricks platforms and other related platforms and services
- Extensive depth in Data Lake and Lakehouse implementations and architecting data flows
- Experience developing and deploying solutions with infrastructure as code following best practices and integrating with robust CI / CD pipelines
- Experience with hybrid cloud systems integrating on premise resources and cloud platforms
- Management Consulting experience is a Plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor relationships with (AWS GCP Azure Snowflake Databricks Informatica and other related platforms and services)
- Recruit and manage high performing data architecture team
- Be a technical leader on the Data and Analytics team working to shape comprehensive solutions encompassing all facets of complex data and analytics systems and infrastructure
- Communicate architecture and design decisions effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences gathering buy in from client stakeholders and other partners
- Lead and participate in solutioning sessions working handinhand with business / client translating business objectives into actionable machine learning / data science use case
- Builds and develops relationships with technology partners and owns joint sales pursuits
