A wellestablished AVrated civil litigation firm with over 40 years of success and 8 offices nationwide is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigator for its Philadelphia office. Position Overview:
We are looking for an Insurance Coverage Litigator with 25 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in first and/or thirdparty insurance coverage litigation with exposure to insurance defense matters as a plus. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Examining insurance claims and preparing coverage opinion letters.
- Drafting pleadings motions and other court documents.
- Responding to discovery requests and overseeing document production.
- Preparing for and conducting depositions.
- Providing detailed updates and reports to institutional clients.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
- 25 years of litigation experience ideally in insurance coverage litigation.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
- Membership to the New Jersey Bar and/or New York Bar is a plus but not required.
