- Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the longterm growth and success of the organization
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key channel partners distributors and other stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.
- Lead the expansion of the channel network by identifying and onboarding new partners that complement the companys market positioning.
- Evaluate potential partners based on their capacity capabilities and strategic fit.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.
- Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement joint marketing campaigns promotions and other initiatives to drive product awareness and demand through channels.

Requirements
- Candidate should be preferably from the AV industry
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business marketing or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in channel management partner development or a related role.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.
- Strong negotiation strategic planning and problemsolving skills.
- Indepth knowledge of the Ethiopian market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
