IT Support Representative
Our client a leader in the insurance industry is seeking a detailoriented experienced IT Support Representative to join their Cybersecurity IAM Access Provisioning team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst. This is a hybrid role that requires three days a week in the Markham office with Wednesdays as a mandatory inoffice day.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $22.
5month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid role: 3 days in the Markham office including Wednesdays.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of employees contractors thirdparty users and brokers including onboarding access modifications and offboarding.
Administer user accounts across multiple systems and applications such as Active Directory ISAM LDAP and other businesscritical platforms.
Assist with IT audit requirements to ensure compliance with internal/external audit programs by gathering and reviewing evidence as well as creating remediation plans as needed.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Participate in Access Management/Broker Sanctioning projects from start to finish.
Enhance and refine processes to ensure compliance with enterprise governance risk and compliance policies.
Maintain and update operational processes and procedures that align with security policies and auditrelated controls.
Identify inefficiencies or pain points within IAM processes proposing and implementing automation solutions where applicable to enhance customer service.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent academic qualification.
ITIL and ISC(2) certifications are considered assets.
1 year of experience in Identity and Access Management within a financial or insurance institution.
Solid understanding of key Identity Management principles such as Least Privilege Segregation of Duties and Confidentiality and Integrity.
Experience with IAM technologies including but not limited to: SailPoint Active Directory LDAP IBM Security Access Manager Privilege Access Management and CyberArk.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
Ability to work well in a team environment sharing knowledge with fellow analysts.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks efficiently.
