AutoCAD Electrical Drafter

KCS Corporation is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Electrical Drafter to support drawing development on power generation and delivery infrastructure projects.
Engineering: Prepare site layout details and reports prepare construction drawings under direction of an engineer using AutoCAD coordination with other disciplines such as civil/structural and mechanical as required for a complete design. Develop detailed electrical designs for power distribution lighting grounding instrumentation and controls and SCADA systems
Project tasks: preparation and maintenance of project status reports; attend project meetings coordinate tasks with other disciplines clients and vendors. Candidate will also be interacting with clients and building officials during the course of design.
Construction support: Responding to RFIs and field changes; construction documentation; submittal reviews; preparing asbuilts; etc.
Requirements
Degree: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent. Experience: 57 yrs. exp. Previous experience in Power Transmission and Distribution work is required.
Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD ver. 2020 or higher MicroStation V8i and MS Office.
