Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process including posting job ads online organizing resumes and job applications and scheduling candidates interviews.
- Participate in the interview process and help orient new employees by setting up their workstations email addresses and logins.
- Manage payments for SaaS products and maintain accurate accounts and financial statements.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll including tax withholding bonuses and deductions.
- Assist in creating and updating company policies ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improving employee retention.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.
Requirements and skills
- Zoho suite proficiency in both ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit is crucial.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications in particular).
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone email and inperson communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
