Responsibilities
JOB TITLE
The Lead Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing training strategies across various projects. This role requires strong expertise in training content development and management particularly with SAP Enable Now administration. The Lead Training Specialist will work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure that training initiatives align with project goals and are delivered effectively. Additionally the role will involve creating and implementing projectspecific training plans while utilizing a blended learning approach which combines elearning and inperson training methods. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors LMS) is essential to support this approach.
Job Duties:
- Lead the development and implementation of projectlevel training strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to integrate training with broader change management activities.
- Oversee the of training activities for projects including the creation organization and delivery of training content.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for training including scheduling resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
- Leverage a blended learning approach combining elearning inperson sessions and interactive guides to deliver comprehensive training solutions.
- Manage and administer the SAP Enable Now platform ensuring effective content creation updates and user management.
- Utilize content development tools to create engaging training materials including videos elearning modules and interactive guides.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials that meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
- Ensure training materials are uptodate and relevant by regularly reviewing and updating content.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to enhance the learning experience.
- Facilitate workshops webinars and training sessions for endusers and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and best practices in training delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10 years of Training content creation experience.
- Proven experience in SAP Enable Now administration including content management and creation.
- Experience in designing and executing project plans for training including scheduling and resource management.
- Strong background in leading the of training activities including content development and delivery.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors LMS) and blended learning approaches to training delivery.
- Experience with content development tools for creating training videos and other multimedia materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze training needs and tailor content to different audiences.
