Job Description
*Generator Winders of electric power generators are expected to have the skills and knowledge that is necessary to achieve quality repairs to rotating electrical apparatus equipment. Job descriptions specifying these skills qualifications and responsibilities are listed in this job summary. Individuals applying for this position must meet this criteria in order to perform assignments properly and to be considered for employment. In addition it is imperative that employees take pride in their work and have a professional commitment to do quality work. Performing described duties that define his/her role as a company representative along with his/her behaviours will be be observed and measured by employees and customers. Therefore it is important to demonstrate the following characteristics:
Safety: Working safely takes priority lead by example and understand the commitment to safety.
*Plan and organize projects in such a manner that budgeted hours and job schedules are obtainable.
*Know how to effectively communicate with others. Clear and concise communication will make the job easier and safer as well as develop harmony among your coworkers. Keep management up to date on project status. Actively participate in safety meetings.
Experience: HSE And Safety: 3 year (Preferred) OSHA 30 CPR AND FIRST AID Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) BUT NOT NECESSARY Location: TRAVEL ACCROSS US BUT MOST IN TX AND CALIFORNIA
