Mission
To support the successful of influencer marketing campaigns by assisting with strategic planning creative and performance monitoring. Contribute to the optimization of brand activations and influencer collaborations enhancing overall campaign effectiveness through diligent and proactive support.
- Receive briefings and work jointly with the team in influencer campaigns and activations making creative and strategic proposals to respond to said briefings.
- Select profiles create content calendars validate content monitor daily campaign performance and make edits when necessary.
- Attendance at events and possible activations of different brands as an Influencer Marketing agency providing relevant support to the profile and brand.
- Work very closely with the booking and data team to find new ways to negotiate trends/insights to apply to campaigns and also to generate postcampaign reports.
- Gather results from influencers developing learnings and opportunities of value for the client and working together with the data team that will add social listening insights that may be valuable for certain campaigns.
Requirements
- University Degree in Communication advertising or Marketing
- Demonstrate quick learning.
- Excel in organizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a goaloriented mindset to achieve targets.
- Apply strong problemsolving skills to effectively address and resolve challenges.
- Knowledge about Influencer Marketing finding managing and negotiating is a bonus. Specifically for the Peruvian Market
- English and Spanish are a must knowing another language is a plus.

A solid understanding of the R programming language; particularly the tidyverse packages (such as dplyr and ggplot2) is necessary. Package management and understand of git / github. A keen interest in language data and models such as BERT AND GPT3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint. Strong attention to detail and curiosity. A keen interest in major social platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A passion for problem solving, and the ability to translate data into well-reasoned, relevant, and actionable insight. Adaptable, calm and productive under pressure,with the ability to prioritise workload. A team player able to flourish in a fast-paced environment. Some computer science knowledge for the development of function writing and package deployment in the machine learning and NLP workspace. Social science and research skills to present results in a value-adding way. Willingness to learn!
