We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Territory Manager Americas to lead our team!

Salary range $120000 $160000 plus bonus eligible

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual s unique set of knowledge skills education experience and geographic location as well as internal equity.
Requirements :
Managing the sales and customer support team across Americas. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach mentor and develop team.
Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product and territory.
Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within his territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
Selects appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
10 years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
Strong business/finance background and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent personal relationships
