Overview: Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team. The VP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company developing financial strategies and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role is crucial for driving growth improving financial performance and supporting strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.

Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Financial Management:

Manage financial operations including accounting financial reporting and cash flow management.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.

Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve financial outcomes.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a highperformance culture.

Collaborate with other senior executives to drive companywide initiatives.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors banks and investors.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures.

Strategic Partnerships:

Partner with other departments to align financial strategies with business operations.

Support mergers acquisitions and other strategic financial activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CPA) preferred.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
